General Discription:
FPU type pre-charge kit is used for bladder, piston and diaphragm type accumulator charging nitrogen pressure test and adjustment. When using, please pneumatic tool of the air head spin in the accumulator valve, and through the air hose and nitrogen cylinder connection. If only testing or drop nitrogen pressure, air hose don’t need to connect. Through the counterclockwise rotation core shaft open accumulator valve order to adjust pressure.
Structure:
A complete set of pre-charge kit consists of the following parts: the body (bottom with a spin nut D), handle A, check valve C, pressure relief valve B, pressure gauge, air hose, all kinds of inflatable joint (A1 ~ A4 joint).
Operation Guide:
The body of the M28 x 1.5 internal thread is used for diaphragm type accumulators inflatable. For bag type or piston accumulator aeration, as long as in the body can be connected conversion joint.
When air joint twists to the accumulator valve, at the same time please ensure that pressure relief valve is closed, counterclockwise rotation core shaft Allen screw to open valve.
Carefully opened pressure relief valve, nitrogen into the air.
Notes:
1. It is strictly prohibited to fill oxygen or air into the accumulator, it will result in an explosion.
2. In each test or adjust accumulator inflation pressure before, please make accumulator and system disconnected and liquid emptying.
3. Air, nitrogen gas bottle of pressure must be high enough, in order to meet the requirements of the aeration, otherwise nitrogen charging equipment is needed.
4. The nitrogen must be more than 99.2% purity nitrogen.
